The philosophy of the TM Group can be summed up in two simple sentences:

“We don’t build just homes. We build relationships.”

As owner of The TM Group, of course I am concerned with the quality of the materials and the workmanship that go into every one of the homes I build. Nothing but the very best will satisfy me. But I am even more concerned about the wellbeing of the family that will move into the home and making sure they have the best experience possible.

Yes, building a new home can be frustrating. Dealing with a builder who is reachable only through a layer of sales representatives can be cold and impersonal, and answers to questions can take forever. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

My personal pledge to you is to never be more that a telephone call away. When it rings, I answer. You speak with me, not with a sales representative. If there is a problem, I am aware of it immediately, and with my engineering background I can often suggest innovative and cost effective solutions.
